Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. They are excited about what they do and they care personally about getting the best results for our patients.
Patty was born and raised in Willowick, Ohio and currently lives in Willoughby. She graduated from Eastlake North High School and always supports all Cleveland teams but is a serious Cavaliers fan. Patty's favorite hobbies include hiking, reading, and volunteering for pet rescue and rehabilitation. She enjoys spending time with her nephews and watching them play sports or perform in shows.
Stacy was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently lives in Mentor. She graduated from Villa Angela Academy and Lakeland Community College. In her spare time, Stacy likes to listen to music, read books, and watch her two boys, Caden and Logan play basketball and baseball. Stacy, husband Mike and their boys are HUGE Cavs, Indians, and Browns fans!
Joy was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio and currently lives on the outskirts of Cleveland. She is a graduate of LCCC and loves to travel, bake, embarass her kids and attend Cleveland Indians games.
Kristin Hales was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio and now lives in Monroeville, Ohio. She went to Holy Angels and graduated from Perkins High School in 1996. Her favorite sports teams are the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Cavaliers. She enjoys solving word puzzles and spending time with family and friends- her husband Brett and children Madalynn and Colton.
Ken Bess was born and raised in Olean, New York and now lives in Sandusky, Ohio. He went to school in Olean, New York, and Erie community college in Buffalo. His favorite sports teams are the Cleveland Indians, Duke and Kansas and his hobbies include working on his home, walking his dog which he rescued and playing basketball. He is married and has 1 cat and 1 dog.
